Hi All!
First off... Happy Veteran's Day (this Friday ;-) ) to all you veterans out there! My dad is a veteran, and he will be here this Friday, so it's extra special to me this year :-).
And yes, we are still having co-op.
Second, I'm making a page for links to websites for those in our homeschool community. So, if you have a local business you want us to support, let me know and I will be happy to post it on here. Support Homeschool Businesses
Third, I have also made page about the yearbook, so if you are interested in that, there is more information there. Yearbook
Fourth, it's going to be a little chilly again this Friday, so dress appropriately!
Schedule for Friday, November 11, 2022
Group A-- Ages 5-8
Parents, if your little ones tend to wander, please stay close by. You are responsible for taking your child to the restroom or providing them with water if they get thirsty. Try to remind them that this is a group activity, and they should try to stick with their group as much as possible. That will really help keep things flowing smoothly for everyone. <3
Materials Needed:
Sunscreen and Water Bottles...if you so desire.
And clothes/shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Garden gloves if you think you want them.
OPTIONAL (but recommended): If you would like to bring some little fairy garden decorations to put in the garden (permanently), please feel free to bring whatever you would like. We would like the kiddos to feel like they are contributing something, and we plan to move these around periodically to add a little whimsy to the area.
Group B--Ages 9-12
Tennis shoes and comfortable clothes
Group C--Ages 13-18
You will be doing the Project this week. Since Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, we will be spending November focusing on Thanksgiving during our projects. We will be making pumpkin pies in a cup, adding a leaf to our Thankfulness Tree, and participating in some Thanksgiving minute-to-win it games. It will be fun!
Materials Needed:
Sunscreen and Water Bottles...if you so desire.
Clothes/shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
A great attitude!
Those teenagers that do not feel like participating in the Project are welcome to volunteer with Group A. Please note: you WILL be put to work if you volunteer in that capacity!

Picnic Lunch
Everyone is welcome to stay and have a picnic lunch in the backyard area. You are responsible for bringing your own lunch. Please do not feed any animals with that lunch and please make sure all garbage is disposed of in the dumpster or garbage can.
